WebCD Globe Retrieval View Icons

Various icons will appear in the Retrieval View depending upon the type of item, retrieval properties of the item, and whether or not retrieval has been attempted.

The following Retrieval View graphic contains the most common Retrieval View icons.

The protocol portion of the URL you entered to retrieve an item.
A host that is set for retrieval.
A host that is not set for retrieval (Properties=Do Not Retrieve).
A closed folder that is set for retrieval.
An open folder that is set for retrieval.
A folder whose properties are set to Do Not Retrieve.
A document that is set for retrieval but has not yet been retrieved.
A document that has been retrieved.
A document whose properties are set to Do Not Retrieve

Additional icons you may see

Document for which retrieval has been attempted and failed. If the protocol is http (a Web site), the document may be missing from the Web site; if the protocol is file (local hard drive) the path or filename may be incorrect or the file may be missing.
